She is the author of "Invitation to Encounter" and a recording artist with several CDs. She has led worship and has spoken worldwide on hearing the voice of God.

Dreams and Supernatural Encounters

Julie Meyer has been gifted by God with supernatural dreams and encounters. Each chapter in the book is a dream or encounter that the author has experienced. The Encounters are prophetic and based on Biblical teaching. At some points reading Meyer's testimonies draws the reader in some much it is as if God himself is speaking through her. I have never experienced anything like this before. God does use dreams to communicate us.

No ordinary book

I love subtitles as they seem to give an accurate description of what is contained in books, sometimes more than the titles themselves. This one is no exception. It is: An invitation for everyone to experience God. I love it!
Be warned. This is no ordinary book. This book is more than anointed. I'm not sure what exactly to call what is more than anointed but this book has it, whatever "it" is. I suppose it might be the "glory" or something along those lines. Whatever "it" is and whatever you call it, it was wonderful.
I didn't know what to expect with this book. It is not so much a how-to book as it is Ms. Meyer sharing her divinely inspired dreams with the reader. But I ended up love, love, loving this book.
I loved reading a dream or two before going to sleep at night and finding that I had at least a little bit more than usual happen for me in the dreaming department. It happened every time. If you are hungry for that, then this book is a must-have.

Meat

I bought this book awhile ago and am still not done. It 's a great read and has so much good teaching. I love her intimacy with Holy Spirit. I love her hunger for more. More of God, more of relationship, more of whatever God had for her. You can't help but experience His presence as you read and learn. She shares her vulnerability and humility. For me it is a slow read because I want to know and learn . I love the dreams that she shares and yes it brings you to the place where you to will dream Gods dreams.
